The Liberal Democrats have strengthened their position on West Oxfordshire District Council following the local elections.

The council remains with no party in overall control but the Lib Dems took three wards from the Conservatives, and remain the biggest party on 21 seats.

Labour and the Greens gained one each while the Conservatives lost five.
