SHIRLEY Ivy Matilda Sadly passed away on 24th July 2015, aged 96 years. A Much loved Mum of Ann, beloved Granny to Collette, Jayne and Mark. Loving Great Nana to Matt and Jordan. Funeral Service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, OX13 5PA on Thursday 6th August at 12 noon. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Guide Dogs For The Blind may be sent C/O Peter Smith & Son Funeral Directors Ltd, 54 Newland, Witney, Oxon, OX28 3JG
