RUSSELL CECIL REGINALD Passed away after a short illness on 28th July. Husband of the late Joan and Father of Rod and Dave. Funeral Service to take place at St Mary’s Church, Church Green, Witney on Tuesday 16th August at 1.00 pm. followed by interment at Windrush Cemetery, Witney.
