Hougham Alan Charles Passed away peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 4th October aged 74 years after a short illness bravely fought. Beloved husband to Maureen, much loved father to Donna and Belinda and devoted grandfather to Jasper, Joe, Ted and Luca. Thanksgiving service to be held at St Peter’s Church, Alvescot on 19th October at 2.30pm – family and friends welcome. Family flowers only, donations welcome to the Alzheimer’s Research UK may be sent c/o E.Taylor & Son, 21 Corbett Road, Carterton, Oxon, OX18 3LG. The family would also like to express their immense gratitude to all staff at the Abingdon Community Hospital (Ward 2) and the John Radcliffe Hospital (Osler Ward) for the wonderful care given to Alan, and the compassion and support shown to the family.
