EVANS Theresa Rose Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 15th November 2017, aged 96 years. Much loved Mother to Michael and Margaret. Grandmother of Joanne, Sarah, Lisa and Carly. Great Grandmother to Harriet, Louis, Isabelle, Ellie, Freddie and Evie. Mother-In-Law of Joyce and John and Sister to John. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, OX13 5PA, on Thursday 30th November at 11am. Family flowers only please.
