Kelly David Pam, John and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all family and friends, for all the cards, messages of sympathy, floral tributes and donations received in their sad loss. A special thanks to all who attended the funeral, Father Pat for the lovely service and to all the Doctor’s and staff at the Heart Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
