STOKES John I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to those who cared for John in his last few weeks of life. To Sheena, Caroline and Stacey who provided personal care to John of a standard seldom seen. I could not of wished for more. Dr Stephen Smith of the Windrush Health Centre and District Nurses for their palliative care, particularly Helen, Chris and Lynn. To Sean and Peter Smith of Peter Smith & Son Funeral Directors for their dignity and compassion as they carried out John's funeral. Finally, to someone who is always there and helps and supports more than he will ever know. Thank you to Steve. May God bless you all. Lyn
