  Sir, I am running a free website workshop at Witney Library on Tuesday, November 21, from 2pm to 4pm, for anyone involved with a voluntary or community group in West Oxfordshire. Free websites are available on the new community website, at www.wospweb.com, and although almost 100 websites have already been set up, there are still a lot of groups which have yet to take advantage of this offer. read more

  Sir, Am I the only one who finds the speed humps at the rear of the Windrush Leisure Centre much too severe ? read more

• Just concrete

  Sir, Witney has trebled in size in recent years because of the high-density housebuilding programme, any green space is built on. Not a great deal of thought is put into the housing estates and roads. read more

• Great day for our town

  IT was my honour and privilege to lay a wreath at Sunday's Remembrance service at the War Memorial in Witney, and it was a most moving occasion, not least at seeing the wreaths laid by members of so many youth organisations in Witney. read more
