Sir - Concerning the state of Witney's overgrown hedges and grass areas, may I say that they are in need of attention with road junction visibility severely impaired at certain locations in the town, not only to motorists, but cyclists too - a serious accident is waiting to happen. Hedges and grass verges seem to be left to the end of the summer before they are cut. read more
