Anti-democratic behaviour
Sir – The Ukip parliamentary candidate, Simon Strutt, is right to be annoyed by vandals targeting his campaign materials (Election placards are the target for vandals).
Such behaviour is anti-democratic and should be condemned by voters of all stripes.
As for capturing the perpetrator, no doubt it will turn out to be the work of a female East European health tourist with HIV whose slovenly character prevents her from cleaning behind the fridge.
