Council masterplan a ‘waste of money’
Sir, I wish to congratulate Carterton Town Council for managing to negotiate with a private company, WYG, the cost of producing and presenting its masterplan for as little as £33,587.
If West Oxfordshire District Council is looking for money it now knows that CTC has cash to spare, or do I mean waste?
They should have gone to Aldi.
