AWARD-WINNING wildlife photographer Sue Flood will talk about her adventures at The Theatre in Chipping Norton tonight.

She will also discuss her life as a film-maker and author, having spent 11 years with the BBC Natural History Unit, working on programmes including The Blue Planet with Sir David Attenborough.

Mrs Flood, who has made more than two dozen trips to the Arctic and Antarctic, will talk about her pictures and the wildlife she encountered.

Her expeditions included living with Inuit, sleeping with penguins, getting cast adrift on an ice float and visiting landmarks from Sir Ernest Shackleton’s expeditions.

The talk starts at 7.45pm. Tickets are £14 and £12 for concessions.
