A soldier who was killed in Afghanistan on Remembrance Sunday will be repatriated tomorrow.

Captain Walter Barrie, from 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, was shot at close range by a member of the Afghan Army.

He had been taking part in a football match between British soldiers and members of the Afghan National Army in Helmand province.

The Ministry of Defence has not yet confirmed what time the plane carrying his body will land at RAF Brize Norton.
