 Daniel Ludlow, 48, of Wellington Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on August 25. Fined £160, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.

Gerar Mpungi, 31, of Burchester Avenue, Headington, Oxford, convicted of assault by beating on Oxford on April 7. Fined £50, £150 compensation, and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Simon Boswell, 47, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting two bottles of wine worth £5 from Sainsbury’s in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on October 29. Also admitted criminal damage to two panes of glass in Pusey Street, Oxford, on October 31. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

John Webb, 25, of Lockinge Close, Didcot, admitted possessing a small bag of cocaine in Abingdon on August 29. Community order made with six-month curfew requirement. Told to pay £50 costs.

Kieron Flynn, 27, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Cowley on September 15. Admitted destroying a Panasonic flat screen television, bottle of Jack Daniel’s whiskey, and a bottle of Southern Comfort worth a total of £450 at The Nelson pub in Cowley on September 15. Also admitted having a sample taken which showed heroin and cocaine may be present in his body after tests at St Aldate’s Police Station, Oxford, on April 10, and failing to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent on or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug. Also guilty of possession of cocaine in Between Towns Road, Cowley, Oxford, on September 22. Community order made with an alcohol treatment requirement and a supervision requirement. Also told to do 150 hours of unpaid community work and pay £450 compensation to The Nelson.

Lynette McLaughlan, 26, of St Gabriels, Wantage, admitted four charges of criminal damage to car windows in St Gabriels, Wantage, on March 23. Community order made with a 30-day curfew requirement. Told to pay a total of £350 compensation.

lJonas Kondratavicius, 48, of Pauling Road, Oxford, admitted two charges of the racially aggravated use of threatening, abusive language or behaviour in Oxford on November 20. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Told to carry out 80 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months, and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Andrew Brooks, 21, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on October 4. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Graham Collier, 50, of The Springs, Witney, admitted shoplifting two jars of coffee and a can of drink worth a total of £10 from R and H News in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on August 4. Told to pay £10 compensation.

Kalem Edwards, 20, of Darvers Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on September 2. Fined £36, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

James Marmon, 19, of Kysbie Close, Abingdon, admitted using two counterfeit £10 notes to make a gain of £10.59 at the BP Service Station, The Vineyard, Abingdon, on June 4. Fined £36, £20 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £50 costs.

Jose Miguel, 41, of no fixed address, admitted two charges of common assault in Nowell Road, Oxford, on October 7. Community order made with activity, programme, and supervision requirements. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tony Attwood, of Park Rise, Ambrosden, admitted burglary after stealing a charity box from Pattisserie Pascal, Oxford, on July 5. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for nine months. Drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements made. Told to pay £25 compensation and £25 costs.

Nigel Savill, 35, of Toot Hill Butts, Headington, Oxford, admitted possession of ketamine at Odeon cinema, Magdalen Street, on August 16. Fined £36, £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Shane Heatley, 40, of Mackenzie Avenue, Milton, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Didcot on November 12. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Nicole Allen, 22, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, admitted shoplifting alcohol and food worth £25.34 from Sainsbury’s in Didcot on October 30. Also admitted possession of a small bag of herbal cannabis at Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on October 30. Fined £25.

Winston Fine, 47, of Territorial Way, Headington, Oxford, admitted shoplifting meat and food worth £58.97 from Marks & Spencer in Sheep Street, Bicester, on August 26. Also stole two bottles of alcohol worth £28.98 from Co-op in Templars Square, Cowley, Oxford, on October 8. Four other shoplifting crimes taken into consideration. Told to pay a total of £190.94 compensation.

Malcolm Price, 47, of Kibble Close, Didcot, admitted assault by beating in Broadway, Didcot, on October 28. Fined £100, £75 compensation, £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Jason Dewsbury, 18, of Brampton Road, Barton, Headington, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence, in Oxford on August 10. Community order and told to do 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Told to pay £40 costs.

Leigh Lester, 39, of Causeway, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Woodfield, Banbury, on November 6. Also admitted assaulting Pc James Lowther-Harris in the execution of his duty in Woodfield, Banbury, on November 6. Fined £200, £50 compensation, £85 costs, and £20 victims’ surcharge.

Iain Brodie, 27, of Westfield Road, Witney, admitted burglary after stealing 40 bottles of alcohol worth £732.83 from Tesco Express in Witney on February 18. Community order made with a drug rehabilitation and a supervision requirement. Told to pay £100 compensation and £75 costs.
