THE owner of dog kennels found in a poor condition has been cautioned.
Park Farm Kennels in Northmoor near Witney failed to meet standards of cleanliness.
The director of Watchdog Specialist Services of Park Farm, Ursula Bullimore, was cautioned by West Oxfordshire District Council on December 12 and told she must improve.
Officers inspected the dog boarding kennels and found cleanliness, bedding, exercise provision, record keeping, waste storage and disposal were well below standard.
Dogs with health records and up-to-date vaccinations were found in the same block as dogs with no records of medical history. The kennels are now being monitored regularly by council officers.
