A metal thief was punished at Banbury Magistrates’ Court yesterday after stealing from Enstone Airfield.
Andrew Routledge, 32, admitted stealing three pieces of rail and trying to take a steel gate post on December 31, 2011.
Routledge, of The Beeches, Chipping Norton, was told to pay £300 costs and given a two-month curfew requirement.
