OXFORD

Snowy Snow, 64, of Long Bridges Tow Path, Oxford, convicted of being drunk and disorderly in Luther Street, Oxford, on June 25. Fined £55, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £100 costs.

Craig Miles, 40, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a bottle of Tudor Rose Cream worth £4.20 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on November 1. Given a six-month conditional discharge, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Tom Mobey, 60, of West Croft, Berinsfield, admitted shoplifting six packs of bacon and two gammon steaks worth £23.14 from Co-op in High Street, Benson, on November 8. Fined £50, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.

Thomas Bachelor, 26, of Moreton Road, Aston Tirrald, admitted eight charges of criminal damage to car wing mirrors in Oxford on September 1. Community order made with a five-week curfew order. Told to pay total compensation of £1,141.92 and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Karen Bottley, 44, of Ashhurst Way, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted shoplifting clothing, toiletries and perfumes worth £325 from Marks and Spencer in Queen Street, Oxford, on October 24. Community order made with drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Jake Green, 19, of Coltsfoot Place, Greater Leys, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on November 15. Fined £100, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Kirsty McFarlane, 22, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage worth £104.41 to a window in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on April 5. Given an 11-month conditional discharge, told to pay £104.41 compensation and £85 costs.

Frank Brown, 55, of no fixed address, convicted of intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and the touching was sexual and she had not consented in Oxford on November 21, 2011. Sent to prison for three months. Restraining order made and told to pay £150 compensation and £100 costs. Also told to sign the sex offenders’ register to seven years.

Delroy Johns, 37, of Bulan Road, Headington, Oxford, convicted of possessing a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority in Atkyns Road, Headington, Oxford, on October 6. Also convicted of shoplifting baby products worth £10.08 from Co-op in Oxford on October 6. Community order made with drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £15 costs.

Nicola Bell, 25, of Randolph Avenue, Woodstock, admitted drink-driving in Madley Way, Witney, on November 16. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Community order made and told to do 50 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Tom Derosa, 23, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted criminal damage to a fence at The Wheatsheaf pub in Wantage Road, Didcot, on November 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £50 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

BANBURY

Bilal Sulliman, 24, of Fair Close, Bicester, admitted possession of two grams of cannabis in Bicester on October 21. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Marcus Duckworth, 36, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, admitted assaulting PC Elizabeth Leach in High Street, Banbury, on August 31. Also admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Banbury on August 31. Community order made and told to do 80 hours of unpaid community work. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £50 compensation and £50 costs.

Joanna Cantwell, 50, of Edward Stone Rise, Chipping Norton, admitted theft by an employee after stealing £4,000 from Sainsbury’s in Market Place, Chipping Norton, between December 1, 2011 and April 21. Also admitted stealing £190 from her employer Sainsbury’s in Market Place, Chipping Norton, on April 19. Given a three-year conditional discharge and told to pay total compensation of £2,190.

Richard Bennett, 38, of Bramley Close, Kidlington, admitted assault by beating in Bramley Close, Kidlington, on September 19. Also admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence in Bicester Road, Gosford, on September 15. And admitted assault by beating in Bramley Close, Kidlington, on September 15. Given a four-month prison sentence suspended for two years. Given alcohol treatment, programme and supervision requirements. Also banned from The King’s Arms in Kidlington for 12 months. Told to pay £85 costs.

Christopher Rouse, 29, of Lambourne Crescent, Bicester, admitted shoplifting two packs of Stella Artois lager worth £8 from Tesco Express in Bicester on August 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £8 compensation, and £85 costs.

Shannon Price, 23, of Beckdale Close, Bicester, admitted shoplifting two cans of Special Brew worth £3 from Martins Newsagents in Bicester on September 27. Also admitted shoplifting two boxes of red wine worth £30.98 from Co-op in Bicester on October 23. Sent to prison for two months.

Shane Faulkner, 36, of Park Close, North Leigh, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Yatt Road, Witney, on October 31. Fined £460, a £23 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Six points on driving licence.

Alison Taylor, 47, of Asthall Leigh, admitted driving without due care and attention in Burford Road, Witney, on August 18. Fined £1,335, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
