Man faces trial over teen GBH

A 25-year-old man accused of attacking a teenager in Witney last year has been bailed to stand trial on April 22.

Sam Moscrop, of Swansfield in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, is accused of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) and wounding or inflicting GBH.

Oxford Crown Court heard on Thursday that he allegedly attacked Aston resident Jamie Busby, who was 19 at the time, in Corn Street, Witney, on August 18.
