Death by dangerous driving charge

A 45-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a crash on the A40 near Witney on September 5. A passenger in the car of Andrew Myers, of Birmingham, died in hospital after the crash. Myers will appear before Banbury magistrates on March 4.
