Jason Glover, 32, of Brampton Road, Barton, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of perfume worth £45 from Boots in High Street, Witney, on June 8. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs.

William Jones, 22, of Saxel Close, Aston, near Bampton, admitted drink driving in Witan Way, Witney, on April 25. Had 105mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £220. Told to pay a £22 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Abdul Subhan, 47, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Old Parr Road, Banbury on June 9. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms.

Fined £500 and told to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given a three-year driving ban.

Michael Turner, 41, of Campion Way, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Market Square, Witney, on June 6 and assaulting acting police sergeant Colin James in the execution of his duty on June 6 in Market Square, Witney. Also admitted causing racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on June 6 in Abingdon and committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on June 18 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Community order made with a six-month supervision requirement and a four-day restorative justice requirement. Fined £50, told to pay £200 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Kelly Twine, 33, of Purslane Drive, Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Bicester on April 24.

Given a 24-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Daniel Allington, 21, of Burns Crescent, Bicester, admitted driving at a speed in excess of the 30mph limit in Launton Road, Bicester, on October 25. Given a 90-day driving ban and fined £220. Told to pay a £22 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.

Barney Bloom, 33, of no fixed address, admitted stealing four bottles of washing-up liquid from Tesco in High Street, Banbury, on February 22. Told to pay £22.92 compensation. No further penalty.

Lucy Broomfield, 23, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, near Banbury, admitted stealing three bottles of Champagne worth £101.97 from the o-op in Longlandes Way, Banbury, on April 17. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and told to pay compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Two other offences admitted and taken into consideration.

Richard Brooks, 41, of Westwater Way, Didcot, admitted driving on the A34 northbound near Wytham on November 1 at a speed exceeding the 50mph speed limit. Given a 28-day driving ban and fined £650. Told to pay a £65 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.

Elizabeth Gwynn, 45, of High Street, Thame, admitted failing to give information as to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between August 16 and September 14 in Banbury.

Fined £200 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.

ANDREW WALKER, 38, of Stocks Lane, Carterton, admitted assault by beating at Little Tew Grounds, Enstone Road, Heythrop, near Chipping Norton, on May 3. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge. Restraining order made preventing contact with victim.

RONNIE WESTWOOD, 20, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Banbury on June 8. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

RYSZARD CHSZASTEK, 40, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a bottle of vodka worth £18 from Waitrose in Abingdon on June 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

FRANK CLARKE, 52, of George Street, Banbury, admitted stealing meat from the Oxford and Swindon Co-operative Society in Banbury on June 11. Fined £60 and told to pay £3.19 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

EDWARD COLLINS, 27, of Edgeworth Drive, Carterton, admitted driving while unfit through drugs in Brize Norton Road and Monahan Way, on April 20. Fined £250 and told to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given a 12-month driving ban.

STEVE SEMAINE, 39, of Bridge Street, Witney, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Witney on June 12. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

AMY WILLEY, 29, of Red Poll Close, Banbury, admitted possessing amphetamine, a Class B drug, in Red Poll Close, Banbury on June 12. Also admitted a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for theft. Fined £95 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

KERRY BECKINGSALE, 44, of London Road, Bicester, admitted driving on the A34 southbound in Wytham on November 8 at a speed exceeding the 50mph speed limit. Given a six-month driving ban and fined £120. She was also told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

EMMA BRISTOW, 43, of Turner Close, Oxford, admitted driving a goods vehicle or passenger- carrying vehicle on Watlington Road at a speed exceeding 30mph on April 24. Fined £60 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs. Three points on driving licence.

RYAN ORD, 18, of Hudson Street, Bicester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of, or provoke, unlawful violence, and causing criminal damage worth £60 to a custody phone on June 1 in Bicester. Give a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and £60 compensation.

ADAM CHAMBERS, 26, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted two counts of possessing Class A drugs, heroin and cocaine, in Bicester on February 18. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

STEPHEN BELLAMY, 38, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a door lock in Miller Road, Banbury, on June 10. Fined £200 and told to pay £75 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

paul Bromley, 40, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted stealing two jars of coffee worth £12.96 from the Co-op in High Street, Kidlington. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Paul Champion, 55, of Park View Lane, Carterton, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen when required to by police in Carterton on June 13. Given an 18-month driving ban. Fined £750 and told to pay a £75 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Scott Kelly, 21, of Wolseley Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Banbury on March 17. Fined £85 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
