Masks make for a great family day out at museum
11:00am Saturday 31st August 2013 in News
VISITORS to the Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock proved to be masters of disguise.
The museum in Parks Road saw dozens of people turn up to make Victorian masks.
Bletchingdon resident Marion McNaught had gone to the museum to have a picnic with her grandchildren Rory, seven and Isla, five, in the garden, but got throughly involved in the workshop.
She said: “We had a really good day. It was very well organised.”
The event was part of the museum’s family drop-in sessions which run on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm.
