• Gloria Sandford, 71, of Stevenson Drive, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on September 11. Given a 24-month driving ban and fined £250. Told to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

• Stacey Daniels, 32, of Wessex Road, Didcot, admitted stealing meat worth £200 from the BP service station in Oxford Road, Benson, on September 25. Also admitted stealing food worth £40 from a BP service station on the A4130, Milton Heights, Abingdon, on September 25. Also admitted breaching the terms of a suspended sentence imposed by Oxford Magistrates’ Court for three counts of theft. Given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for two years with an 18-month supervision requirement and a four-week curfew. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

• Michael Leslie, 31, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £1.99 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on September 26. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

• Zacharian Broome, 22, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Witney on July 27. Community order made with two-week curfew requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs.

• Thomas Gibbs, 56, of no fixed address, admitted begging in a public place in Broad Street, Oxford, on September 6, and failing to comply with the requirement of the Sex Offenders’ Register by failing to notify the police of a change of address on September 11. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

• Akbar Khan, 24, of Mill Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Walton Street, Oxford, on July 25. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

• Richard Kinnaird, 32, of Phelps Place, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £2.44 from the Co-op in Banbury Road, Oxford, on September 4, and greeting cards worth £14.32 from The Oxford Shop, in George Street, Oxford, on September 11. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

• Otman Lamzini, 20, of Jourdain Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in St Aldate’s police station, St Aldate’s, Oxford, on September 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

• Ellie Browne, of Long Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to pay an excess charge notice on May 11 to Vale of White Horse District Council for using the Charter car park in Abingdon on April 20. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

• Sean Cannon, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted depositing 11 pink bags of commercial waste from a painting and decorating business on land in Grove street without permission, contrary to the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £133.16 compensation and £25 victims’ surcharge and £362 costs.

• Rafal Celebucki, of Torridge Drive, Didcot, was convicted of failing to provide information to South Oxfordshire District Council between July 13 and September 4 which could have lead to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

• Pippa Hamwee, of Hill Top Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information to Vale of White Horse District Council in Abingdon between August 10 and September 4 which could have lead to the identification of a driver of a vehicle alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £110 and ordered to pay victims’ surcharge of £20 and £100 costs.

• Aaron Hudson, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of failing to provide information to South Oxfordshire District Council between July 27 and September 4 which could have lead to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £100 costs.

• Whites Decorating Ltd, of Atkinson Close, Headington was convicted of two counts of failing to provide South Oxfordshire District Council with information, between July 13 and September 4, and between July 20 and September 4 in the second incident, which could have lead to the identification of the driver of a motor vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined a total of £210 and ordered to pay £200 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

• Angelo Ayala, 30, of Portal Drive South, Upper Heyford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bicester on August 4. Also admitted failing to comply with a police constable’s order to leave and not return to G’s Nightclub in Dean’s Court on August 4 for 24 hours. Fined £100, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

• Stephen Goodenough, 61, of Greenhill, Twyford, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Banbury Road, Caversfield, Bicester, on August 3. Had 112 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Community order made with an alcohol treatment and supervision requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.

• Kieran Scott, 18, of Fiennes Road, Banbury, admitted aggravated vehicle taking in Edward Street, Banbury, on September 1. Admitted failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident in Middleton Road, Banbury, on September 1. Also admitted driving without a licence and insurance in Middleton Road, Banbury, on September 1. Community order made and told to do 120 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay £300 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

• Tahir Ali, 38, of Lidsey Road, Banbury, admitted possession of cannabis in Lidsey Road, Banbury on May 23. Also admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply in Banbury on May 23. Fined £400, a £40 victims’ surcharge and £450 costs.

• Maximilian Kayum, 21, of Windrush Tower, Knights Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Main Road, Long Hanborough, on April 25. Fined £80, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £45 costs.
