BUILDING a park-and-ride on the A40, possibly at Eynsham, has many hurdles to overcome before the first bus pulls out heading towards Oxford.
It has points to recommend it, plus negatives.
However, the fact it would increase traffic locally cannot be a determining factor, as long as extra infrastructure is put in place to offset the added traffic.
The idea is a sound one, but the devil, as they say, is in the detail.
