A chemist claims research shows a quarter of women in the South East say they forgot to take their contraceptive pill after drinking.
Lloyds Pharmacy said an online survey showed that festive partying can lead to contraceptive mishaps for women who admitted being drunk or hungover has caused them to forget to take the pill.
It also said a third of women taking the pill in the South East reported they find it hard to get time to see the doctor or nurse to get a repeat prescription.
