More than 5,500 sandbags have been distributed by councils during the flooding.
Residents and businesses can continue to pick up sandbags in Oxford at Seacourt Park-and-Ride in Botley Road, which is closed to vehicles because of flooding, and Redbridge Park-and-Ride in Abingdon Road.
Sandbags have also been delivered to PC World in Botley Road, the Duke of Monmouth pub in Abingdon Road and to South Hinksey.
Vulnerable people whose properties are at risk of flooding or those who cannot reach sand dumps in the city because of flood water can call Oxford City Council on 01865 249811.
