A man had two teeth knocked out when he had his head stamped on.

He was one of two men attacked in the High Street at about 1am on February 13 but police only released the information yesterday.

The men were treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford with the 47-year-old needing stitches to his face and the younger victim, 33, suffering cuts to his face and a chipped tooth.

Three men were arrested on Valentine’s Day and released on bail until April 11. They are a 28-year-old from Swadlincote in Derbyshire, and a 20-year-old and a 32-year-old both from Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire.
