ONE hundred thousand homes should be built across Oxfordshire over the next 20 years, a report out today has said.

Councils across Oxfordshire have been given higher targets to hit following a strategic housing market assessment carried out by independent consultants.

The target for Oxfordshire is 100,060 by 2013 – or 5,003 a year – with Oxford taking the highest proportion of these with its target of 28,000.
