A MAN had to be cut out of his car after coming off the M40.
Fire services from Wheatley, Thame and Kidlington had to use hydraulic cutting equipment to free the 25-year-old from his vehicle.
Emergency services say his car left the motorway as he was travelling northbound between junction 8a and junction 9 just after midnight.
Ambulance crews took the victim, who officials say suffered a “reasonably serious” shoulder injury, to the John Radcliffe Hospital after he was freed.
