A MAN who admitted kicking his victim as he lay on the ground has been jailed for 10 months at Oxford Crown Court.

Sean Trinder, of Wenman Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to carrying out an assault on Thomas Powell which caused him actual bodily harm on June 29 last year.

The 18-year-old will also have to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge when he is released.
