Man accused of GBH assault faces court

A man accused of causing grievous harm bodily harm with intent has appeared at Oxford Crown Court.

Daniel Semaine, of Cherry Tree Way, Witney, is accused of two counts of causing GBH with intent on March 12 this year.

The 24-year-old is also alleged to have possessed cannabis, a Class B drug, on the following day.

He is due to attend a plea and case management hearing on September 8 and was released on bail.
