Ricky Harries, 43, of Causeway, Bicester, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Bicester on February 20. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and building better relationships programme requirement for 10 days. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Dale Allan, 28, of Portal Drive South, Upper Heyford, admitted driving without insurance in Townsend, Marsh Gibbon, on May 18. No driving disqualification because he is a self-employed builder and would not be able to work without a licence, as well as having a son he has to pick up from school. Given six points on licence and told to pay a £450 fine, a £45 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Lukas Balej, 28, of Liddell Road, Oxford, convicted of driving without insurance on June 28 in Cowley Road, Oxford. Given a six-month driving ban and fined £275. Also told to pay a £27 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jason Andrews, 22, of Henley Road, Shillingford, admitted causing criminal damage to a wooden bathroom door in Henley Road, Shillingford, on March 24. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Karl Khune, 36, of Bartsia Road, Bicester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bicester on March 1. Paul Wyeth, 34, of Shackleton Close, Bicester, admitted stealing a pressure washer worth £129.99 from Homebase in Bicester on March 3, and three bottles of CK perfume worth £81 from Debenhams in Castle Quay, Bicester, on February 18. Also admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, at Banbury Police Station on February 18. Given a 28-day prison sentence because of his repeat offending and lack of response to court orders. Told to pay £100 compensation and two other offences taken into consideration.

James Anderson, 37, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on September 24. Also admitted possessing a weapon for the discharge of a noxious gas or liquid or an electrical incapacitation device in Banbury on September 24. Also admitted failing to surrender to the custody of Banbury Magistrates’ Court on March 2. Community order made with 50-hour unpaid work requirement and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Harminder Bhella, 22, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 55mph in 30mph zone in Besselsleigh Road, Wootton, on July 7. Fined £175. Told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.

Anderson De Luca, 21, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on March 7. Fined £200 and ordered to pay victims’ surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

James Walsh, 23, of Van-Diemans Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing MDMA, a Class A drug, in Oxford on February 10. Also admitted possessing MDEC, a Class B drug, at the same time. Fined a total of £250 and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Anthony Simpson, 46, of Robinson Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man at The Punter pub in South Street, Oxford, on November 8, 2014. Given a 12-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months because the attack was unprovoked. Also banned from The Punter pub and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Simon Salaman, 23, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, was convicted of carrying a Beeman P17 air weapon in John Mason Road on December 10, 2014. Fined £350 and ordered to pay a £35 victims’ surcharge and £300 costs.

Daniel Boulter, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of stealing cans of Red Bull energy drink each worth £2.29 from a Martins store in Thame High Street on February 11 and February 18. Had been on conditional discharge for stealing food from a shop in Thame in October 2014. Fined a total of £210 and ordered to pay £4.58 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £21 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Calum Dawson, 23, of Radley Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing three bottles of wine worth £17 from Sainsbury’s at Heyford Hill, Oxford, on March 9. Given a 12-month conditional discharged and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Nathan Davies, 27, of Barton Village Road, Headington, admitted failing to keep his dangerous Staffordshire Bull Terrier ‘Kaizer’ under control. Ordered to keep Kaizer muzzled and on a lead when in a public place and fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

James Gomersall, 22, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 18 by failing to attend an unpaid work session on February 17. Order varied to add 12 hours of work making a total of 262 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and ordered to pay £20 costs.
