ART lovers have just a few more days to get along to the summer show at Junction Art Gallery in Woodstock.
The work of four artists is on display at the gallery, with paintings from Iryna Yermolova, Richard Twose and Liz Ridgway, plus sculptures from Sue Lansbury.
Ms Lansbury’s work aims to examine people’s sense of self and the relationship humans have with the changing environment.
Gallery director Kate Hipkiss said: “Her tiny bronze figures are given a sense of context by the environment she creates for them using some beautiful pieces of Purbeck stone and marble .
“The textures, undulations and colours all feed into our sense of place, although careful positioning of each figures is the key to each piece.”
Ms Lansbury’s sculptures were previously selected for the ING Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London, which ran from 2010 to 2013 .
The exhibition runs until Sunday.
