Tomasz Piorkowski, 44, of Fairlie Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Mortimer Road, Oxford, on August 4. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100mls of blood, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Craig Ralphs, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of wine worth £4.99 from the Co-operative in Oxford on September 1. Also admitted stealing meat worth £45 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on August 29. Ordered to undertake a course of treatment for drug dependency for six months, pay £45 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Carlos Jameson, 23, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman with intent to cause her to believe that violence would be used against her, or to provoke the use of violence against her, in Oxford on June 24. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. Ordered to take part in drug rehabilitation treatment for six months and to pay £50 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Stuart Gallacher, 50, of Pike Terrace, Oxford, admitted going into licensed premises in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, while drunk which he was prohibited from doing by an antisocial behaviour order. Given a four-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Sean Garside, 25, of Vineyards, Abingdon, admitted stealing four bottles of vodka worth a total of £76 from Tesco in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on September 8. Also admitted stealing a white iPhone worth £400 in Wallingford on July 15. Given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £170 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Anthony Webber, 35, of Buckler Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two steaks of an unknown value from BP in Woodstock Road, Wolvercote, on August 26. Also admitted stealing meat items of an unknown value from the Co-operative in Old Marston Road, Oxford, on July 11. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a total of £32.17 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Bartolomiej Kubacz, 23, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, admitted stealing two bottles of wine of an unknown value from Morrisons in Banbury on September 7. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Martyn Leigh, 48, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted sending offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing messages via a phone call in Banbury on September 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Amanda North, 45, of Portland Road, Milcombe, near Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Milton Road, Bloxham, on September 9. Had 54 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £210 and ordered to pay a £21 victims’ surcharge, £45 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Neil North, 43, of Portland Road, Milcombe, admitted drink-driving in Milton Road, Bloxham, on September 9. Had 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £210 and ordered to pay a £21 victims’ surcharge, £45 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Gary Omahony, 47, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A34 at Weston-on-the-Green on September 5. Had 114 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg legal limit.
