Wychwood Forest edged out fell-ow Witney & District FA side Witney Wanderers 5-4 to cause a shock.
The hosts, who play one tier below their Division 2 opponents, went through thanks to goals from Tom Cairns (2), Mark Burgess, Callum Kirk and an own goal.
Wanderers replied with a brace from Andrew Thompson, with Stu Morrison and Ben Border also finding the net.
Strikes from Will Hayes and Alistair Few were in vain as Tower Hill went down 5-2 at Ashton Villa.
Chipping Norton Town also bowed out, losing 8-0 at Banbury & District League side KEA, goals coming from Liam Goding (2), David Iglus (2), Nicki Bridges, Vinnie Orrey, Dean Smith and Dan Sweeney.
