A WEATHER warning has been issued for strong winds in Oxfordshire this weekend.
The Met Office has warned there could be gusts up to 55mph from 9am on Saturday - the same speed which brought down trees across the county earlier this month.
Winds will be worst around the coast, up to 70mph, but inland areas will be hit as well.
Rain is also forecast for Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Issuing a yellow warning this morning the Met Office warned people to be aware of the potential for travel disruption.
The strong winds are being caused by a low pressure system dropping over Scotland across the weekend, causing massive air movements across England and Wales.
