A WOMAN and a baby have been taken to hospital after a crash on the A40 in Oxford.
The crash, which happened at about 3.30pm, involved a lorry and a car and blocked the road both ways.
Fire crews had to free the driver from the car after he became trapped.
South Central Ambulance Service took the passenger, a woman, and a baby to the hospital with minor injuries.
Drivers experienced long delays, but the road is now clear.
The crash happened between A44 Woodstock Road and Eynsham Road at the Cassington traffic lights.
