TRAINS between Oxfordshire and London were being delayed by up to 45 minutes this morning.
Due to a broken down train earlier today between Reading and London Paddington, trains were having to run at reduced speed on the line towards London Paddington, affecting non-stop services.
Train services running to and from these stations were delayed by up to 45 minutes.
Disruption was expected until 10am.
Chiltern Railways services were also delayed by up to five minutes earlier this morning due to a fault with barriers at a level crossing near Bicester Village.
That line was re-open by 10am and services were running normally again.
