FAMOUS faces such as Jeremy Clarkson and David Cameron will be among dozens of guests heading to a charity dinner at Blenheim Palace next week.

The stars will join a number of guest speakers for the event helping to raise funds for Oxford hospice Helen and Douglas House.

The Duchess of Marlborough Edla Spencer-Churchill said: “Helen and Douglas House is a truly inspirational charity and one that is very close to my heart. They were the pioneers in offering respite care for families in the very worst of circumstances and providing them with hope, support and love in the darkest of times.

“I am exceedingly proud and happy to be helping, in some small way, to support and promote their life-changing work and would like to thank everyone who is working so hard to make this event into a great success.

“As well as fundraising it is vitally important we are able to spread the word about Helen and Douglas House to a wider audience.”

There will be up to 90 guests heading to the palace for the event on May 4.

The event will include a silent auction and live music and is expected to raise more than £50,000 for the charity which helps both children and young adults.
