RUPERT BAIN, 40, of Mather Road, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on August 10 at Banbury Road with 84 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

KATRINA HONOUR, 27, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a TV Monitor at Oxford belonging to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust on February 24 as well as breaching a previously imposed 12-month conditional discharge. She was fined £80 and must pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £50.

JAMES GORTON, 19, of Lismonds Court, Oxford was convicted of burglary at a house at Kings End, Bicester between July 18 and 28 stealing household items to a value unknown as well as failing to surrender to bail and breaching a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £100.

LIAM KANE, 21, of Medway Road, Abingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit at Abingdon on July 29 with 52 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

THOMAS SKELTON, 28, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted stealing £50 from Rowes Supermarket at Wantage on August 1 and £20 of alcohol from Wallingford Street, Wantage, on August 5. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay compensation of £40 and a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

IAN FRANK-HARRIES, 22, of Boxhill Walk, Abingdon, was convicted of sexual assault on a woman on March 20 at Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in a 30-day Sexual Offending Behaviour programme as well as a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £300 and court costs of £400.

SVETAN PETKOV, 29, of Annesley Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance at Cornwallis Road, Oxford, on June 22. He was jailed for eight weeks for the two offences, suspended for 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

MATTHEW CHENNELLS, 45, of Shipton-on-Cherwell, Oxfordshire, admitted driving a vehicle above the speed limit on February 25 at Bladon by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JASON ROBERT GOVES, 40, of Teasel Way, Carterton, was convicted in his absence of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on January 19 2017 in Yarnton. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

RACHEL ANNE BRADY, 28, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel at Frilford Service Station, Marcham Road, Abingdon, was required or expected but dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £50.24 on May 3 2017. Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order for and offence of theft from a shop made on January 1 2017 for 12 months. Fined £120. Ordered to pay compensation of £50.24 and a victim surcharge of £30.

UMAIR MAZHAR CHAUDHEY, 37, of White Leys Close, Didcot, admitted without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with him in a public place, namely the O2 academy, Cowley Road, Oxford, an imitation firearm, namely an air soft BB calibre pistol on June 2 2017. Fined £230. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Air soft BB calibre pistol to be forfeited and destroyed by Thames Valley Police.

ADAM LAURANCE WINCH, 47, of Shores Green, Witney, admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely the A40 on February 3 2017, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of in his breath was namely 42mcg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £105. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £500. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

STUART CHARLES WALKER, 36, of Collet Way, Grove, Wantage, admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road in Cowley, Oxford, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine in his blood, namely 800 ug/L, exceeded the specified limit. Also admitted on the same day in the same location of driving a motor vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely cocaine, in his blood, namely 65ug/L, exceeded the specified limit. Also admitted driving a motor vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood, namely 2.1ug/L, exceeded the specified limit on the same date and location. Fined £305. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. No seperate penalty for first and third offence. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
