AMERICAN activist Monica Lewinsky, who got caught up in sex scandal allegations with then US President Bill Clinton, is to give a talk at the Oxford Union.
Miss Lewinsky, who now works with anti-bullying organisations, will speak at the union on Thursday, November 16 at 7pm.
