BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

LEIGHTON JAMES, 33, of Stocks Walk, Carterton, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party car insurance on October 27 at Carterton. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JONATHAN STREET, 24, of Pochard Place, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on November 10 at the M40 with 41mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £429 and must pay a victim surcharge of £42 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

JASON WOLSTENCROFT, 48, of Upper Tadmarton, Oxfordshire, admitted assaulting a woman, causing criminal damage and assaulting a police officer at Bloxham on August 29. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 35 days and must abide by a restraining order against his victim. He must also pay compensation of £100 to the woman, £50 for the door and £100 for the police officer.

MIHAELA ALEXE, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted handling stolen goods as well as driving without hird party insurance at Abingdon on November 25. She was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85 and was also disqualified from driving for three months.

CRIVAC GEANINA, 28, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing £69.43 from Superdrug, Bury Street, Abingdon, on November 25 and receiving stolen goods at Abingdon on November 26. She was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

CAMERON FLEMING, 20, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit as well as driving without a valid MOT test certificate and third party insurance on November 12 at Banbury with 56 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30, and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

JAMES COOPER, 34, of West Street, Banbury, admitted entering a closed premises in contravention of a closure order at Marlborough Road, Banbury, on November 12. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT LYSZCZARZ, 38, of Vervain Close, Bicester, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 135 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Vervain Close on August 3. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order for 12 months to include 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £200 and he was disqualified from driving for 32 months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

LEE BADER, 31, of Clarkes Row, Oxford was convicted of travelling on the Great Western Railway at Radley intending to avoid paying the fare on May 18. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £22.10. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

ERAWT CAISTOR, 27, of Wessex Road, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the Great Western Railway at Didcot Parkway on May 8 intending to avoid paying the fare. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £4.20. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

MICHAEL EVANS, 51, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted keeping an uninsured vehicle in Abingdon on October 28 2016. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

ALIL HAMDI, 33, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on the Great Western Railway at Didcot Parkway intending to avoid paying the fare on March 29. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £22.50. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

SAKAVAT ALI, 29, of Bath Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a mobiles whilst driving in Bretch Hill, Banbury on June 12. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW JOHN COYLE, 38, of Juniper Drive, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford on May 28. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his driving licence.

CATALIN MIHAI DINU, 19, of Guernsey Way, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in West Bar, Banbury on June 15. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

SIMON GRANITO, 42, of Rye Gardens, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in High Street, Sutton Courtenay on September 2. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.

DAVID HOLLAND, 48, of Chandos Close, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance and driving a vehicle without a licence in Middleton Road, Banbury on June 9. He was fined £660 and £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.

MARK PAUL MITCHELL, 52, of Wytham View, Eynsham was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Cleveland Drive, Oxford on June 19. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.

DECLAN NEWSHAM, 22, of Wolage Drive, Grove, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance and driving a vehicle without a licence in Ash Close, Kidlington on September 25. He was fined £660 and £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.
