ALEXANDER BURROWS, 50, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife without good reason in Cowley Road and causing criminal damage to a mobile phone worth £80 belonging to Thames Valley Police in Abingdon Police Station on August 15. Must attend rehabilitation, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £80 compensation.

LINSEY ANNE POWER, 46, of South Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of committing arson by burning property belonging to a man in Kidlington on April 21. Must attend rehabilitation, victim surcharge of £85, costs of £400.

SARAH CONWAY, 37, of Rookery Way, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Botley Road, Oxford on August 1. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

THOMAS ALAN PATERSON, 32, of Queensway, Didcot, was convicted of riding in the front passenger seat of a vehicle whilst not wearing a seat belt in Newbury Street, Wantage on July 17. Fined £220, victim surcharge £30, costs £85.

ADAM PEACH, 25, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Watlington Road, Oxford on August 8. Fined £120, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.
