LUKE JOHN BULL, 40, of Burford Road, Minster Lovell, admitted-drink driving in Cowley Road, Oxford on December 30. Had 88mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £285, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Banned for 22 months.

MARTINS KLAVIERS, 22, of Kingfisher Way, Bicester, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford on December 31. Fined £250, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

KARL ANDREW MORETON, 32, of no fixed address, admitted stealing meat and beer worth £117.35 from Sainsbury’s in St Clement’s Street, Oxford. Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and fined £115.

PETER MWANGI MUIGAI, 55, of Oxford Road, Cowley, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place and using a vehicle without insurance in Jeune Street, Oxford on January 12. Discharged conditionally for six months, fined £200.

SIMON WILLIAMS, 40, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, admitted assaulting a man by beating him on June 18. Must carry out 100 hours unpaid work. Must pay £250 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £500 court costs.

ROGER RADBURN, 42, of Trinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of perfume from John Lewis and a hooded top worth £35 from JD Sports in Oxford on January 12. Also stole four bottles of brandy worth £112 from Waitrose in Oxford on January 9 and a camera worth £299.99 from John Lewis, Oxford on January 11. Jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. £115 victim surcharge, £85 court costs, £411.99 compensation.

JOHNATHON GEORGE DOBSON, 36, of Millington Road, Wallingford, admitted stealing a charity box from Delight 2 Kebab and Pizza House in Broadway, Didcot on November 12 . Also stole bank cards from a woman in Papist Way, Cholsey on August 13 and committed fraud by false representation by attempting to pay using a contactless card not in his name at Georgetown Filling Station in Broadway, Didcot on August 14. Sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Must have treatment for drug dependency, £115 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

JOSEPH FRANK AMER, 26, of Westfield Road, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected to have committed an offence between August 25 and September 22. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

MOHAMMED ADEEL ARIF, 34, of Kimber Close, Wheatley, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Banbury Road, Oxford on July 31. Fined £40, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

SILVANA PARISE BARBOSA, 39, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 42mph in a 30mph zone in Banbury Road, Oxford. Fined £440, £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Four penalty points.

DOMINIC BOWEN, 44, of Lower Farm Lane, Mollington, Banbury, admitted speeding at Birmingham on August 25 by driving 57 mph in a 40 mph area. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

BRYAN MULLINGS, 53, of Dene Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at Wootton on May 22 by driving 39 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £147 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

NICHOLAS COOMBES, 28, of St Mary’s Road, Adderbury admitted entering a closed premises in contravention of a closure order at Marlborough Road, Banbury, on January 24 as well as using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on December 12 at Banbury and stealing a wallet containing bank cards on January 22 at Banbury, while in breach of a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was fined a total of £525 for the offences and must pay a victim surcharge of £30, court costs of £85 and compensation of £50.

JASON LONSDALE, 30, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted drink-driving on November 17 in Southcombe, Chipping Norton with 102mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ADRIAN POPA, 26, of Fairfax Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on January 28 at Bloxham Road, Banbury with 83mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £376 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

LEWIS AYRE, 19, of Fisher Close, Banbury, admitted possession of two small bags of cannabis on January 26 at Banbury. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. The drugs were also forfeited and will be destroyed.

WILLIAM BECKETT, 18, of The Lane, Chesterton, Oxfordshire, admitted burglary with intent to steal at a shed at Longfields, Bicester, and possession of a lock knife at Bicester on January 15 and committing the offence while subject to a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work, and must also pay a victim surcharge of £115.

ALAN MILES, 66, of Lower End, Leafield, admitted drink-driving on January 28 at Leafield with 47mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg.. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
