DRIVERS navigated 'treacherous' roads after heavy snow disrupted Oxfordshire residents, for the third time in as many months.
The county woke up to a carpet of white on Sunday morning following a night of sub-freezing temperatures, which saw several inches of snow settle.
Due to treacherous conditions, the 4A service is currently unable to serve Elms Rise, they are terminating at Elms Parade.
