David RADBAND, 32, of Fox Close, Bampton, admitted causing criminal damage to a window at Witney on April 28. He must compensation of £300 and court costs of £85.

Zoltan VARSANYI, 34, of Masons Arms Cottages, Brize Norton, admitted not meeting the insurance requirements for an owned vehicle at Bampton on August 15. He was fined £153 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Piotr WOJEWODA, 32, of Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, admitted not meeting the insurance requirements for an owned vehicle on October 27 at Banbury. He was fined £123 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ERVIN KERCIKU, 36, of Lee Close, Kidlington, admitted speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at Cowley Road, Oxford, on September 10. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SHEHZAD NAJIB, 36, of Collinwood Road, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 81 mph in a 50 mph area at the Eastern-bypass Road, Oxford, on October 5. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Roger RADBURN, 42, of Trinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing perfume valued at £144.96 from TK Maxx, Between Towns Road, Oxford, on May 14. He was jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

PAULA MORGAN, 64, of South Side, Steeple Aston, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Hempton Road, Deddington, on September 3. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ZAKIR MUMTAZ, 28, of Dean Court Road, Oxford, admitted using a mobile phone while driving at Cumnor Hill, Oxford on October 24. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

HAYLEY BYRD, 28, of Charlotte Avenue, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 1 at Bicester. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Matthew TUBB, 41, of Grange Road, Henley-on-Thames, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 22 at Henley-on-Thames. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

Tammy BAIRD, 37, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted stealing three SD cards valued at £40 from Wilkinson’s, Banbury, and children clothing valued at £131.50 from Matalan, Banbury, on March 16, as well as stealing a charity box from Betts Butchers, Banbury on April 19 and breaching a suspended sentence. She was jailed for a total of 34 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

CHRISTOPHER MORGAN, 34, of Netherton Road, Appleton, admitted drink-driving at The Lodge, Cothill Road, near Abingdon, on April 13. Had 93 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Given a curfew between 7pm and 7am and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for two years.

DANIEL RICHARDSON, 36, of Maude Close, Keyingham, near Hull, admitted driving a Mercedes Sprinter on the A34 near Abingdon on April 6 whilst disqualified from driving, without insurance, and while the weight of his car was over the legal limit for that model. Fined £300, ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next year and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a licence for three months, to run concurrently with his existing driving ban.

JAMIE FAIRHURST, 20, of Howe Close, Wheatley, admitted drink-driving in Middle Road, Stanton St John, on April 24. Had 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £106 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

MICHAEL GRAVESTOCK, 54, of Eynsham Road, Farmoor, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on Oxford Road, Farmoor, on April 6. Ordered to do 200 hours unpaid work in the next year and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a licence for nine months, concurrent with the existing ban.

CORNELIUS ROMEO, 35, of Moorbank, Blackbird Leys, admitted failing to sign the Sex Offenders Register periodically as required. Given an absolute discharge.

DAMIEN WHITING, 48, of Rhymers Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing a bladed article – namely a lock knife – in Lake Street, Oxford, on January 31. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

LIBAN MAO-MAHAD, 22, of Gordon Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting Matthew Holley by beating him and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour against him in Oxford on April 13. Ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £100 compensation - £10 a week for 10 weeks.

GARY NEAL, 49, of Grebe Close, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Marston Road, Oxford, on June 24, 2017. Fined £107 and driving licence stamped with three points.

EMANUEL PIRVAN, 40, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could identify the driver of a Jaguar car suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury in November or December 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £660 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
