BURGLARS broke into a house in Headington and ransacked the home as they searched it for valuables.
Thames Valley Police said the break-in happened yesterday in East Field Close between 9am and 10am.
A spokesman for the force said the thieves forced open the front door before searching every room in the house.
It is not yet known which items were stolen during the burglary.
