WITNEY Labour Party has backed a second referendum on Brexit.
In a meeting of party members earlier this month, the group voted to send a motion to Labour Party Conference later this month.
The Witney branch believes the people should have the final decision on whether to accept the government's final Brexit deal or stay in the European Union.
The motion read: "Our country will be permanently poorer, with the greatest burden falling on the most vulnerable in society."
The UK is set to leave the EU on March 29 next year.
