James Allen, 27, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two leather jackets valued at £400 from Marks and Spencer in Oxford on December 27. Also admitted commission of another offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Original offence, of shoplifting £64.41 of meat from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on January 1. Jailed for 35 days.

Michael Bourke, 43, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted persistently making using of a public communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety on Christmas Day and December 27. Also admitted breaching a community order through further offending. Original offences of same charges on December 2 and between November 28 and 30 resentenced. Given a 12-week jail term, suspended for a year, and a year’s supervision.

Adrian Holmes, 31, of Wynbush Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a knife block and knives valued at £249.95 from Steamer Trading Cook Shop in Thame on October 19; shoplifting a Toshiba 22” TV valued at £269 from O’Gormans in Bicester on November 11; shoplifting eight boxes of Lego valued at £200 from Wallingford Post Office on October 4. Also admitted committing further offences while subject to a conditional discharge and a suspended sentence order. Original offences of theft of a £589 Mercury outboard engine from Sheridan Marina in Wallingford on August 12 and shoplifting two bottles of wine from Co-op in Kennington on August 23 resentenced. Given a six-month drug-rehabilitation requirement and a year’s supervision.

Jaraslow Krzywacki, 34, of Cavendish Drive, Marston, Oxford, admitted harassment/breach of a restraining order by going armed with a spade to a property in Oxford, smashing a door to a property and threatening violence to those inside on December 31. Jailed for 19 weeks.

Andrew McEndoo, 29, of Wembley, admitted shoplifting six bottles of Bacardi valued at £96 from Sainsbury’s in Thame on November 10. Fined £60, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Aaron Hudson, 20, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted common assault in Oxford on April 25, failing to surrender to court bail on October 5 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 14-day curfew and told to pay £300 costs.

Samuel Carr, 24, of Salford Road, Marston, Oxford, admitted drink driving in St Giles’, Oxford, on November 27. Namely having 220 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £270, £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Kleberson Cassarotti, 34, of Waverley Way, Kidlington, convicted of assault by beating in Kidlington on July 28. Told to do 250 hours’ unpaid work and given a one-year restraining order and told to pay £200 costs.

Martin Bailey, 24, of Sunnywell, Sunderland, admitted common assault in Oxford on October 7, 2009. Given a three-month curfew and told to do 120 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

Richard Carpenter, 24, Maerdy, Ferndale, Mid Glamorgan, admitted criminal damage of £200 to a toilet door in O’Neill’s pub, Oxford, on April 22; and assault by beating in Oxford on April 23. Banned from the pub for a six months and told to do 150 hours’ unpaid work. Also told to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs.

Christopher Jones, 21, of Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, admitted common assault in Oxford on October 7, 2009. Given a three-month curfew and told to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

Anderson Pande, 30, of Jackson Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Garsington Road, Oxford, on November 22. Also admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on October 14. Jailed for six months and banned from driving for three years.

Gavin Jaycock, 35, of Brookside Close, Tiddington, admitted drink driving in St Cross Road, Oxford, on November 17. Namely having 221 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £600, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Hamilton Mackenzie, 40, of Rickmansworth, Herts, admitted drink driving in Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 22. Namely having 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg.

Fined £200, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Ben Blakeley, 19, of Craven Way, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of immediate unlawful violence in Didcot on July 2 and failure to surrender to court bail on November 24. Told to do 110 hours’ unpaid work and pay £75 compensation and £125 costs.

Stuart Gallacher, 45, of Pike Terrace, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Castle Street, Oxford, on Christmas Eve. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Barbara Pavlov, 44, of The Hamel, Oxford, admitted failing to notify a change in circumstance affecting her entitlement to income support between November 11, 2008 and April 27, 2010. Namely that she was working. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £25 costs.

Darren Coffey, 26, of Worthing, admitted drink driving in Sutton Courtenay, on Christmas Eve. Namely having 107 microgrammes on alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
