Sex offender faces jail term

A 32-year-old man who had sex with someone not mentally capable of consenting is facing “a very long sentence”.
Dene Bake appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday and admitted a chage of sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder impeding choice.
The offence occurred between September 1 last year and January 3 this year.
Bake, of Parkside, Cuddesdon, was remanded in custody to be sentenced on Friday, August 31.
Judge Christopher Compston said: “He faces, on any view, a very long sentence – many years in prison.”
