AT least one man was left unconscious after a violent clash in Witney last night, a witness has said.

Police are this morning guarding a cordon in Corn Street.

One witness said he saw a violent clash involving several men, with one man left prone lying on the kerb.

He added he saw at least two arrests.

Thames Valley Police has so far not commented on the incident.
